The Taylors & Co Ranch Hand .45 LC revolver is a classic single-action sixgun built for shooters who appreciate traditional Colt-style design without compromise. With its 4.75-inch barrel and case hardened finish, this is a working revolver that balances the aesthetic appeal of period-correct metallurgy with genuine field utility. Whether you're a Cowboy Action shooter, a hunter working with a handgun in open country, or simply someone drawn to the ergonomics and reliability of a proven platform, the Ranch Hand delivers the authentic feel and handling of a gun that belongs in your holster.

The case hardened frame sets this revolver apart visually—those mottled blues and browns aren't just eye candy, they're a nod to how working guns actually looked in the 1800s. Paired with a blued barrel and cylinder, the finish combination gives the Ranch Hand presence without looking over-dressed. The walnut grip feels right in your hand and seasons naturally over time. At 2.27 pounds, the gun carries responsibly for extended wear, and the 10.25-inch overall length makes it manageable from the saddle or a holster.

This is a single-action revolver—you'll cock the hammer for each shot, which appeals to shooters who respect the mechanical engagement between hand, gun, and target. The simple fixed sights (a blade front) keep things uncomplicated and reliable. With six rounds of .45 LC on tap, you have the power and volume expected from a revolver in this class. The .45 LC cartridge remains popular among handloaders and nostalgia shooters, with factory ammunition readily available.

Taylors & Co makes guns for people who actually shoot them, not safe queens. This Ranch Hand is built for the range, the trail, or serious sport shooting disciplines where authenticity and genuine function matter.
