The Taylors & Company 1873 Comanchero Mag is a modern reproduction of the rifle that helped settle the American frontier, built for today's cowboy action shooter. This lever-action rifle chambers .357 Magnum and combines classic Winchester 1873 lines with factory upgrades that come ready to compete. The 20-inch octagonal barrel and straight walnut stock give it the authentic profile, while a case-hardened frame and custom tuning from the factory make this more than a museum piece—it's a practical, shootable rifle.

Taylors & Company equipped every Comanchero with features that matter to action shooters: a buckhorn rear sight and gold-bead front sight for rapid target acquisition, short-stroke links for smooth cycling, and a buckskin lever wrap for comfort and control under fire. At 7.59 pounds and 38.87 inches overall, it balances easily between stages. The 10-round capacity in .357 Magnum gives you plenty of rounds downrange without reloading, and the straight grip stock is built for classic carry and quick mounting.

This rifle is purpose-built for cowboy action shooting events where authenticity meets performance. Whether you're a dedicated SASS competitor or you appreciate the mechanics and looks of Old West firearms, the 1873 Comanchero delivers both. The custom tuning from the factory means you're not spending your first match breaking in the action—it arrives ready to go.
