The Savage Arms 93R17 GV is a .17 HMR rimfire varmint rifle built for shooters who demand accuracy and control at an affordable price point. This bolt-action rifle pairs a 21-inch barrel with Savage's proven AccuTrigger system, giving you the precision and reliability that made Savage a trusted name in rimfire hunting and range shooting. At just 5 pounds, it's light enough for a day in the field but substantial enough to shoot consistently from the bench or prone position.

The 93R17 GV comes drilled and tapped for easy scope mounting—essential for .17 HMR work, where optics matter. Its hardwood stock provides a classic, durable platform, while the blued finish protects against corrosion. The 5-round capacity keeps you ready without unnecessary bulk, and the rifle's overall length of 37.75 inches makes it handy in tight spaces and vehicles without sacrificing sight radius.

What sets this rifle apart is the AccuTrigger. Unlike fixed factory triggers, you can adjust pull weight to suit your preference—lighter for precision shooting, heavier for field hunting—all without a gunsmith visit. The teardrop safety lever operates smoothly and quietly, and the AccuTrigger's design is inherently safe; it won't discharge from impact or jarring when properly maintained. This combination of adjustability and inherent safety lets you fine-tune the rifle to your shooting style and confidence level.

If you're serious about .17 HMR varmint shooting, predator control, or just want a tack-driver rimfire for the range, the 93R17 GV delivers the accuracy and handling that justify its reputation among hunters and shooters who know rimfires.
