The Remington 783 .308 Win bolt-action rifle delivers accuracy and reliability at a price that makes precision hunting accessible to serious shooters who refuse to compromise. This 22-inch barreled rifle pairs proven bolt-action engineering with modern manufacturing to create a dependable platform for hunting, target shooting, and field work where repeatable accuracy matters.

Remington engineered the 783 from the ground up to tighten groups and keep you on target. The carbon steel barrel is precision button-rifled and free-floated within a synthetic stock that's dual pillar bedded—a setup that isolates the barrel from stock vibration and delivers the shot-to-shot consistency hunters demand. The matte blue barrel and matte black synthetic furniture are finished to resist gloss and stand up to field use without drawing attention.

Control and adjustment are built in. The CrossFire trigger system lets you dial the pull weight to suit your preference, and the four-round detachable steel magazine feeds reliably without fuss. At 7.5 pounds and 41⅝ inches overall, the 783 balances maneuverability in the field with the weight you need for stable shooting. The 13⅜-inch length of pull and moderate comb and heel drop dimensions are designed to fit a broad range of shooters comfortably.

.308 Winchester is the workhorse of North American hunting—proven on everything from whitetail to elk—and this rifle harnesses that versatility with a platform built for accuracy, durability, and real-world hunting conditions.
