The Remington 700 in .22-250 Remington is a bolt-action rifle built on a platform that's earned its place in American shooting for decades. This particular configuration—a 24-inch barrel with a synthetic stock and matte black finish—delivers a practical, no-nonsense setup favored by varmint hunters, precision shooters, and anyone who values reliable accuracy without unnecessary frills. The .22-250 Remington cartridge is known for its flat trajectory and velocity, making it a natural choice for long-range varmint work and medium-distance hunting applications.

At its core, this rifle carries the design DNA that makes the Model 700 series so trusted: a strong receiver, the three-ring scope-mounting system, and the kind of out-of-the-box accuracy that doesn't require a gunsmith's intervention before you can shoot it. The synthetic stock resists weather and abuse better than wood, and the matte black finish won't draw light or require constant maintenance. The drilled and tapped receiver is ready for your optics choice—whether you're mounting a long-range scope for precision work or something more compact for hunting on the move.

This is a working rifle for shooters who know what they want and aren't interested in paying for features they'll never use. It cycles smoothly, points naturally, and delivers the mechanical accuracy Remington has built its reputation on. Whether you're dialing in at the range or heading into the field, the Model 700 .22-250 gives you a solid, dependable platform you can count on.
