The Mossberg 500 Combo Field/Deer 12ga pump shotgun is a versatile workhorse built for hunters who need one gun to handle both upland birds and whitetail seasons. This 3-inch chamber shotgun ships with two barrels—a 28-inch field barrel and a 24-inch deer barrel—so you can adapt to your hunt without swapping guns or wrestling with choke tubes. The wood furniture gives it classic feel and durability that shooters trust, while the proven pump action feeds reliably in any condition. At 7.5 pounds and 47.5 inches overall, it balances control with manageability in the blind or brush.

Mossberg's Accu-Set choke system on the field barrel lets you fine-tune your shot pattern for different birds and distances, while the deer barrel features a fully-rifled bore for slug hunting and comes topped with adjustable rifle sights. Dual bead sights on the field tube give you a quick sight picture for fast shots. The 6-round capacity handles most situations, and the blued barrel finish resists corrosion during long days afield. Fixed length of pull measures 13.875 inches—standard for most shooters—and the wood stock soaks up recoil better than synthetic alternatives.

Whether you're chasing roosters in September or glassing a frost-covered food plot in November, the 500 Combo delivers the flexibility serious upland and deer hunters demand. Mossberg's reputation for no-nonsense reliability backs every shot. If you hunt multiple seasons and want one dependable shotgun that does both jobs well, this is it.
