The Charter Arms Professional .357 Magnum revolver is a compact, manageable defensive and recreational handgun built around a stainless steel frame and cylinder. At 23 ounces and topped with a 3-inch barrel, this six-shot revolver delivers .357 Magnum capability in a package that's easy to carry without sacrificing the stopping power centerfire shooters expect. The stainless finish resists corrosion, making it a low-maintenance choice for hunters, sport shooters, and those prioritizing a reliable backup or primary carry piece.
The Professional's stainless construction—frame, cylinder, and finish—means you're not fighting rust or worrying about protecting the gun in field conditions or vehicle storage. The wood grip scales provide classic handling and traction, while the standard hammer allows both single-action and double-action firing. Six rounds in the cylinder give you enough capacity for most defensive scenarios or a quick practice session at the range without constant reloading.
This is a straightforward, no-frills wheelgun designed to work when you need it. If you're looking for a .357 Magnum revolver that's compact enough for EDC or backup use but substantial enough for hunting medium game or serious target work, the Charter Arms Professional delivers practical performance without unnecessary features or complexity.
