The Browning 1911-380 is a compact, single-action .380 ACP pistol built on the classic 1911 platform—ideal for shooters who want proven ergonomics and reliable stopping power in a lightweight, concealable package. This blued professional-grade model combines a composite frame with a machined 7075 aluminum sub-frame and slide rails for durability without excess weight, making it a solid choice for personal defense, range work, or backup carry.

The slide features a blackened stainless steel construction with polished flats that catch light nicely, paired with matte black on the curves for a professional appearance. A Picatinny rail on the dust cover lets you mount a light or laser if your mission calls for it. The barrel uses a tilting barrel locked-breech action with a target crown and corrosion-resistant finish—design hallmarks that ensure consistent accuracy and longevity. You'll find an extended ambidextrous manual thumb safety, extended slide release, and Commander-style hammer, all of which come naturally to anyone familiar with 1911 controls.

Grip comfort comes from rosewood-colored laminate with crisp checkering and a gold-colored Buckmark inlay. The beavertail grip safety and single-action trigger round out the handling. The gun ships with two magazines and an ABS carry case, so you're ready to go straight out of the box. Sight options include either metal three-dot combat sights or steel bar-dot combat night sights, depending on configuration.
