The Winchester XPR Compact .350 Legend is a short-action bolt-action rifle purpose-built for hunters who need a smaller, lighter platform without sacrificing reliability or accuracy. With a 20-inch barrel, 13-inch length of pull, and overall length of just 39¼ inches, this rifle is ideal for younger shooters, smaller-framed hunters, or anyone who values maneuverability in tight cover or from a stand. The .350 Legend cartridge delivers potent energy in a compact package, making it a smart choice for whitetail and hog hunting across much of North America.

Winchester engineered the XPR Compact around a proven short-action design that combines the legacy of the Model 70 with efficient, modern manufacturing—delivering genuine hunting-grade precision at a fair price point. The advanced polymer stock grips securely even in wet conditions and resists the inevitable field wear; the matte blue finish won't flash sun at game. The nickel-Teflon coated bolt cycles smoothly and unlocks via a dedicated button, while the M.O.A. trigger system breaks cleanly for consistent shot placement. Weighing just 6 lbs 12 oz, the rifle handles easily during long days in the field, and the detachable box magazine—a feature usually reserved for aftermarket upgrades—lets you carry spare rounds efficiently without pocket rattle.

Whether you're outfitting a new hunter, downsizing for better balance, or chasing deer in thick country where a shorter rifle earns its keep, the XPR Compact delivers toughness and accuracy in a package that actually fits you.
