The TriStar TSa Viper G2 410-gauge youth semi-auto shotgun in Timber Camo is built for younger and smaller-framed shooters who want a manageable, reliable platform for hunting and sport shooting. At 24 inches, the barrel length and overall proportions make this .410 semi-auto accessible without sacrificing the dependable gas-operated cycling that TriStar built into the Viper G2 line. The Timber Camo finish handles field conditions while keeping weight down to 6.2 lbs—light enough for an all-day outing without fatigue.
The .410 gauge sits at the lighter end of the shotgun spectrum, making it ideal for introducing newer shooters to semi-auto operation, hunting small upland game, or practicing at clay courses. Paired with the 24-inch barrel and a CT-3 choke set (Improved Cylinder, Modified, and Full), you've got the versatility to adjust your shot pattern for different distances and targets—whether you're working brush or setting up on open flats.
TriStar's semi-auto design means less perceived recoil and easier repeat shots than pump or break-action alternatives, which matters when building confidence and accuracy. The gas-operated system cycles reliably across a range of loads (within .410 specs), and the youth-sized dimensions mean the gun fits properly—critical for safe handling and consistent shooting form.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the TSa Viper G2 .410 good for beginners and younger shooters?
Yes. The youth-proportioned design, lighter 6.2-lb weight, and gas-operated semi-auto action with reduced recoil make this 24-inch .410 an excellent choice for introducing newer shooters to semi-automatic shotguns. The balance and fit matter for safe handling and accuracy.
What chokes come with this shotgun?
The TSa Viper G2 includes the CT-3 interchangeable choke set: Improved Cylinder, Modified, and Full. You can swap them to adjust your shot pattern for different hunting scenarios or clay targets.
What is the .410 gauge good for?
The .410 is ideal for hunting small upland game birds, clay target sports, and training shooters on a lighter, more manageable platform. It delivers less recoil than 12 or 20 gauge while maintaining effective range with proper shot selection and choke management.
Does the 24-inch barrel length make this shotgun easy to handle in tight cover?
Yes. The 24-inch barrel keeps overall length compact, making it easier to maneuver through brush and woods—an advantage for upland hunting and a natural fit for the youth-frame receiver design.
