The TriStar Trinity II 16 gauge over/under shotgun is a balanced, versatile choice for upland hunters and clay shooters who want a classic double-barrel platform without the heft of a 12 gauge. The 28-inch barrels deliver the kind of handling speed you need in brush and fields, while the satin select walnut furniture gives you a shotgun that looks as good as it functions. The aluminum alloy receiver keeps weight reasonable for a full day afield, and that bright fiber optic sight makes your target picture clear when it matters.

What sets the Trinity II apart is the inclusion of five choke tubes—Cylinder, Improved Cylinder, Modified, Improved Modified, and Full. That's real flexibility: swap tubes between clay courses, upland cover, and hunting situations without carrying multiple guns. The traditional over/under profile will feel familiar whether you've shot Brownings or Berettas, and the walnut stock offers the kind of grip and comb geometry that makes for a fast, pointable gun.

A 16 gauge sits in an interesting middle ground. It patterns tighter than a 20, carries more payload than a .410, and recoil is mild enough for an afternoon at the trap or a morning chasing birds. If you've been wanting to step away from the 12 gauge without sacrificing utility, or you're building a working shotgun battery, the Trinity II delivers genuine purpose at a practical price point.
