The Taylors & Company 1873 Quickdraw Revolving Carbine in .357 Magnum is a lever-action rifle that brings classic Old West aesthetics to modern shooting. Built on the proven 1873 platform, this carbine chambered in .357 Magnum offers shooters a compact, handy rifle ideal for cowboy action sport, hunting, or anyone drawn to traditional revolver-caliber carbines. With an 18-inch barrel and 34-inch overall length, it's maneuverable in tight spaces—whether you're working brush country or setting up around camp. The .357 Magnum chambering gives you flexibility: shoot lighter .38 Special loads for reduced recoil or step up to full-power magnum rounds for more velocity and energy downrange.

This Quickdraw model strips away excess weight without sacrificing function. At 4.40 pounds, it's light enough to carry all day without fatigue, making it an excellent choice for hunters who prize mobility or shooters building a practical lever-gun battery. The blued steel barrel paired with a case-hardened frame delivers the warm, authentic finish purists appreciate—walnut furniture completes the classic profile. A blade front sight provides a simple, reliable aiming reference, keeping the gun uncluttered and fast-handling.

The 6-round capacity is typical of revolver-chambered carbines and sufficient for most hunting and sport-shooting applications. Thanks to the .357 Magnum's ballistic performance and moderate power levels, this carbine remains gentle to shoot while generating enough power for whitetail and hog at reasonable ranges. Whether you're new to lever guns, a devoted cowboy action competitor, or a hunter seeking a nostalgic, honest rifle, the 1873 Quickdraw delivers heritage engineering in a lightweight, practical package.
