The Stevens Model 334 in 6.5 Creedmoor is a no-nonsense bolt-action rifle built for hunters and shooters who want genuine accuracy and reliability without premium pricing. This 6.5 Creedmoor bolt-action rifle pairs a time-tested receiver design with thoughtful engineering details that matter in the field: a 60-degree bolt lift that speeds up follow-up shots, a free-floating button-rifled barrel for consistent shot placement, and a clean two-stage adjustable trigger that rewards good technique. The Turkish walnut stock gives this rifle a classic, elegant appearance while the matte finish on the carbon steel receiver and silver bolt keeps maintenance straightforward. Whether you're zeroing in at the range, hunting medium to long-range game, or just want a rifle that shoots straight without fuss, the Stevens 334 delivers.
The receiver is drilled and tapped with Savage M110 spacing and includes a steel Picatinny rail, so mounting your optic of choice is simple. The three-position safety sits where your thumb naturally falls, and the 3-round detachable box magazine keeps you in the game without bulk. Ergonomic furniture and a recoil pad make extended shooting sessions manageable, and the sling swivel studs are there when you need to carry it through brush or across open country. This is the kind of rifle that builds confidence through honest performance—no marketing hype, just a solid platform that'll do what you ask of it.
Stevens has a long reputation for building dependable rifles at fair prices, and the Model 334 honors that legacy. The 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge itself is proven for hunting and target work out to serious distances, and a rifle that handles it this cleanly is at home on any range or in any hunting situation where that caliber makes sense. If you're looking for a walnut-stocked bolt-action that won't break the bank but will deliver real accuracy, this Stevens deserves your attention.
