The Remington 700 ADL Synthetic is a no-nonsense .30-06 bolt-action rifle built for hunters and shooters who want a proven platform without unnecessary frills. The 700 ADL line has been a workhorse in American hunting camps for decades, and this 24-inch-barreled variant delivers the classic power and accuracy of the .30-06 Springfield in a practical, trim package. Whether you're scouting whitetail in dense timber, glassing open country for mule deer, or putting rounds downrange at the range, the ADL's solid fundamentals and reliable action give you a rifle you can trust.
The black synthetic stock keeps things lightweight and weather-resistant—no oil to maintain, no seasonal wood movement to worry about. At 7.4 pounds, it's honestly as handy as a full-power .30-06 gets, making it equally at home in a truck rack or on a long stalk. The blued barrel and receiver have the classic Remington finish that's stood the test of time. Feed from a 4-round detachable magazine, which is plenty for hunting situations and practical to manage at the bench or in the field.
This is the rifle for someone who respects the .30-06's legendary versatility—capable of hunting anything on the North American continent, from antelope to elk—and wants a rifle that gets out of the way and lets you focus on the hunt. It's not a flashy tactical build or a tricked-out custom; it's honest American rifle engineering that's proven itself over generations.

What game can I hunt with a .30-06 Springfield?
The .30-06 is one of the most versatile rifle cartridges ever developed. It's proven effective on everything from whitetail and mule deer to elk, moose, and beyond. Its flat trajectory and retained energy at distance make it suitable for open-country hunts as well as closer-range timber hunting.
Is the Remington 700 ADL a good entry-level hunting rifle?
Yes. The 700 ADL is a straightforward, reliable bolt-action rifle with decades of field-proven performance. It comes ready to use, and its simple design makes it easy to learn on while maintaining the accuracy and dependability you need for hunting.

The facts provided cover the rifle itself. For details on what accessories, scope bases, or documentation come in the box, please contact Bosque Outdoors directly.
How does the 24-inch barrel affect performance?
The 24-inch barrel is a practical middle ground: it provides good velocity from the .30-06 cartridge while keeping the overall rifle length (42.5 inches) and weight (7.4 lbs) manageable for hunting.
