The Remington 700 in .30-06 Springfield is one of the most trusted bolt-action rifles in America—a rifle that's taken generations of hunters into the field and brought home results. This Model R27363 pairs Remington's legendary controlled-feed action with a 24-inch blued barrel and synthetic stock, building you a capable, straightforward hunting rifle that focuses on reliability over frills. If you're after a dependable .30-06 for whitetail, elk, or long-range target work, the 700 platform remains the gold standard.

The .30-06 Springfield itself needs little introduction: it's a time-proven magnum-class cartridge with ballistics, energy, and range that handle virtually any North American big-game hunting scenario. This rifle feeds and chambers .30-06 ammo via a four-round magazine, keeping you mobile and ready. The 1:10 barrel twist is optimized for standard .30-06 loads, stabilizing bullets in the typical hunting and match-grade ranges.

Ergonomically, the rifle is built for hunters: 13.375 inches of length of pull fits most adult frames, while the drop at comb (1.125") and heel (1.375") are engineered to keep your cheek weld consistent when running optics or irons. At 7.375 pounds and 44.5 inches overall, it's light enough for a day in the field but substantial enough to manage recoil and support precision. The matte black synthetic stock sheds weather, handles rough use, and won't distract with shine in the brush.

This is a rifle for hunters who want to spend time shooting and hunting, not tinkering. The Remington 700 action is among the most aftermarket-friendly platforms on the market—if you ever want to restock, upgrade, or customize down the road, support is everywhere.
