The Remington 700 Long Range 308 Win bolt-action rifle is built for shooters who demand match-grade accuracy at extended distances. Chambered in .308 Winchester—a caliber proven across competitive shooting, hunting, and tactical applications—this rifle pairs Remington's legendary Model 700 action with a 26-inch heavy-contour barrel and threaded muzzle to deliver the precision and versatility serious marksmen expect.

The 700 Long Range combines a purpose-built HS Precision stock with a receiver-length aluminum bedding block and vertical grip for rock-solid stability from the bench or in the field. The 26-inch barrel sports a 5R rifling profile with matte finish and a concave target-style crown—geometry that supports consistent bullet release and tight grouping. The action itself is machined from solid-steel bar stock, with a cylindrical receiver design that provides uniform bedding support and a recessed bolt face that locks up inside the counter-bored breech, surrounded by three rings of steel for maximum cartridge containment.

The threaded muzzle (5/8 x 24) accepts suppressors or muzzle devices without modification. A hinged floor-plate allows easy unloading, while the rifle comes drilled and tapped from the factory for scope mounts—no gunsmith fitting required. Magazine capacity is four rounds in .308 Winchester. Whether you're zeroing at 100 yards or pushing accuracy tests to longer range, the 700 Long Range delivers the mechanical precision and stock stability that separate one-hole groups from scattered shots.
