The Magnum Research BFR 500 JRH revolver is a modern big-bore revolver built for hunters and shooters who demand serious stopping power and reliability. Chambered in the hard-hitting .500 JRH cartridge, this 5.5" stainless steel revolver delivers the kind of raw capability you need for hunting large game or making a statement at the range. With a brushed stainless steel finish, fixed black front sight, and adjustable rear sight, the BFR is engineered to be both rugged and practical—no frills, just honest firepower in a handgun that weighs 4.85 lbs and points naturally in your hand.

The Bisley grip frame on this model was purpose-built for shooters who fire powerful cartridges. The grip geometry absorbs recoil more comfortably and provides better control when you're managing the .500 JRH's substantial report and energy. A 3-4 lb trigger pull keeps the action responsive without sacrificing safety, and the five-round cylinder is loaded and ready when you are. At 11.75" overall length and 6" in height, this revolver strikes a balance between portability and sight radius—manageable enough to carry on a hunting trip, substantial enough to shoot accurately at distance.

Whether you're hunting in big-game country, testing your marksmanship at the range, or simply want a revolver that doesn't apologize for its capabilities, the BFR 500 JRH delivers. Magnum Research has a long reputation for building revolvers that handle extreme cartridges, and this stainless steel model is no exception. Built tough for the kind of hunter or shooter who respects precision engineering and real performance.
