The IFG Tanfoglio Stock Master 10mm semi-automatic pistol brings European precision engineering and no-nonsense reliability to the shooter who demands a hard-hitting, full-size defensive or competition sidearm. Built on a proven platform with a 4.75" barrel, this double-action/single-action (DA/SA) handgun combines a hard chrome frame and slide for corrosion resistance with practical ergonomic features that reward both experienced shooters and those stepping up to 10mm power. Whether you're training for serious carry, hitting the range, or testing your skills in a competitive environment, the Stock Master delivers the kind of straightforward performance that keeps you focused on the target.

The hard chrome finish protects your investment in harsh conditions, while the polygonal rifling provides reliable accuracy and easier cleanup than traditional riffling. The 4.75" bull barrel supports consistent velocity and shot grouping across the full range of 10mm loads. Sighting is handled by a fiber optic front sight—bright and fast to acquire in varied light—paired with an adjustable rear supersight, giving you the precision needed whether you're dialing in at 25 yards or working through a defensive drill. The extended ambi safety ensures both southpaws and right-handers can operate the pistol intuitively under pressure.

This is a no-frills, purpose-built 10mm for shooters who value function over fashion. The DA/SA trigger action offers a traditional feel familiar to revolver shooters and those trained on classic service pistols, while the robust construction and practical sighting system make the Stock Master equally at home in the safe, at the range, or as a capable defensive tool.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the IFG Tanfoglio Stock Master suitable for concealed carry?

At 4.75" barrel length, the Stock Master is a full-size pistol best suited to open carry, range use, or competition play. If concealed carry is your goal, you'd want to consider a compact 10mm platform.

What's the advantage of the fiber optic front sight?

Fiber optic sights gather ambient light and glow brightly, making them fast and intuitive to pick up, especially in low-light conditions. Combined with the adjustable rear supersight, you get a precise, quick-acquisition sight picture across variable lighting.

Does the extended ambi safety work for both left- and right-handed shooters?

Yes—the extended ambi safety is positioned to be naturally accessible and operable by both right-handed and left-handed shooters without repositioning your grip.

What is polygonal rifling, and why does it matter?

Polygonal rifling uses rounded, multi-sided grooves instead of traditional sharp-edged rifling. It generally provides reliable accuracy, can be easier to clean, and may contribute to consistent performance across a wide range of 10mm ammunition.
