Serrated Hard Chrome Steel with Ports

The IFG Tanfoglio Stock Master 9mm is a competition-ready semi-automatic pistol built on decades of European gunsmithing tradition. With a 4.75" barrel and hard chrome finish on both frame and slide, this DA/SA pistol combines practical ergonomics with the precision features serious shooters demand. Whether you're working steel at the range or fine-tuning your defensive draw, the Stock Master delivers reliable performance in a package that rewards consistent technique.

The polygonal rifling and bull barrel contribute to consistent shot placement, while the fiber optic front sight and adjustable rear supersight give you the sight picture control competition demands. The extended ambi safety means you can train and compete the same way regardless of your dominant hand—a real asset if you ever need to shoot weak-side or work around obstacles. Hard chrome plating on the frame and slide resists corrosion and handles hard use, so you're not babying this gun between trips to the range.

If you're looking for a 9mm pistol that bridges sport shooting and practical accuracy, the Stock Master is worth a close look. IFG-NA builds these to exacting specs, and the ergonomic design lets you focus on fundamentals rather than fighting the gun.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between DA/SA and other trigger types?

DA/SA means the first shot fires in double-action mode (longer, heavier trigger pull for safety), and subsequent shots fire in single-action mode (shorter, lighter pull). This design is popular for defensive and competition shooting because it offers a manual safety layer on the first shot while keeping follow-up shots fast and crisp.

Why does a bull barrel improve accuracy?

A bull barrel is thicker and heavier, which reduces vibration during firing and provides more consistent harmonic return across shots. Combined with the polygonal rifling on this pistol, it helps deliver tighter shot groups at the range.

Can I operate the safety with my weak hand?

Yes. The extended ambi safety is designed to work from both sides of the pistol, so right-handed and left-handed shooters can manipulate it equally well.

What does the fiber optic front sight offer in real-world use?

Fiber optic sights gather and concentrate ambient light, making the front sight dot brighter and easier to pick up quickly—especially useful in varied lighting or when speed matters. The adjustable rear sight lets you dial in precise windage and elevation to your load and shooting distance.
