The Heritage Rough Rider .22LR revolver is a single-action rimfire built for shooters who want affordable, reliable fun at the range or in the field. This 4.75" barrel model chambers .22 Long Rifle and holds six rounds—enough capacity for plinking, small-game hunting, or learning the fundamentals of single-action shooting without breaking the bank. With its steel barrel and cylinder paired to an alloy frame, the Rough Rider delivers solid construction in a lightweight package that won't wear you out during a long day of shooting.

Heritage Mfg designed the Rough Rider to feel and handle like a classic SAA-style revolver, making it an ideal trainer for hunters and shooters who plan to carry larger-caliber single actions in the field. The fixed open sights keep things simple and intuitive; there's no electronic dependency and no battery to fail. The black finish on the steel components and black plastic grips give it a no-nonsense appearance that suits both the range and the trail.

Because .22 LR ammunition is affordable and mild-recoiling, the Rough Rider is forgiving for new shooters while remaining fun and practical for seasoned hands. Whether you're zeroing your technique, training for bigger revolvers, or just enjoying a quiet afternoon of target work, this Heritage revolver delivers honest performance and American-made value.
