The Henry Single Shot Rifle in .357 Mag/.38 Spl is a break-open, break-action rifle built around straightforward reliability and clean American gunsmithing. With a 22-inch round barrel, polished brass receiver, and American walnut stock, this rifle splits the difference between a classic hunting rifle and a versatile target platform. It's the kind of gun that rewards good marksmanship and honest shooting—no frills, no gimmicks, just you and your shot.

This rifle excels in situations where a lightweight, handy option makes sense. The .357 Mag and .38 Spl capability gives you cartridge flexibility, making it useful for hunting medium game at reasonable ranges or precision work on the range. At 7.37 lbs with an overall length of 37.5 inches, it's maneuverable in tight country and easy to carry during a long day afield. The 14-inch length of pull fits most shooters comfortably, and the rebounding hammer adds a measure of safety for field use.

Sights ship with the rifle ready to go: a brass bead front and a fully adjustable folding leaf rear. If you prefer glass, the receiver is drilled and tapped for Weaver 82 scope mounts, letting you mount optics without gunsmithing. Brass swivel studs are already installed for a sling. This Henry is understated in the way quality often is—built to work, not to shout.
