The Henry H015-44 is a single-shot break-open rifle in .44 Mag/.44 Spl—a rugged, straightforward option for hunters and shooters who value reliability and simplicity. Built on Henry's time-tested break-open action, this rifle strips away the complexity of a repeater and delivers rock-solid performance with each shot. It's the kind of rifle that appeals to folks who prefer mastering one perfect shot over managing multiple rounds, whether you're hunting medium game, working around a homestead, or testing your marksmanship at distance.

The 22-inch round blued steel barrel is purposeful and balanced, making the H015-44 easy to handle in brush or from a stand. At 6.96 lbs, it won't wear you out during a long hunt. The American walnut furniture gives it a clean, classic look that never goes out of style—wood and steel, nothing fancy, just honest construction. The semi-buckhorn brass bead sight is easy to pick up and reliable in low light, though plenty of shooters add optics for extended-range work.

The 1:20 twist rate is optimized for .44 Mag and .44 Spl ballistics, and the 14-inch length of pull fits most adult shooters comfortably. Break-open rifles like this one are inherently safe and quick to load and unload, making them popular with hunters who prize simplicity and shooters who appreciate the manual rhythm of single-shot hunting. If you want a no-frills, dependable rifle with genuine stopping power in a classic package, the Henry H015-44 is worth your attention.
