The Great Lakes Firearms AR-15 .350 Legend is a modern semi-automatic rifle built on the proven AR platform and chambered for one of the most versatile cartridges available to hunters and sport shooters. With a 16-inch barrel and Cerakote finish in ODG (Olive Drab Green) over stainless steel, this is a purpose-built rifle that balances portability with barrel length for .350 Legend performance. Whether you're hunting medium game, running steel competitions, or building a versatile home-defense or truck rifle, the .350 Legend platform delivers effective terminal performance in a compact, magazine-fed package that handles like a standard AR-15.
Great Lakes Firearms engineered this rifle with practical details: the 16-inch barrel comes threaded 9/16 x 24 and includes a muzzle brake, so you're ready to suppress or accessorize from day one. The upper receiver and handguard are 7075 aluminum with full Picatinny rails for mounting optics, lights, and tactical gear. The 15.25-inch handguard gives you plenty of real estate for accessories without adding unnecessary length. Inside, you'll find a mil-spec trigger with a crisp 5.5–6 lb pull, modified M4 feed ramps tuned for reliable feeding, and a carbine-length gas system with a 0.750 black oxide gas block. The 7075 aluminum receiver paired with the stainless or nitride barrel keeps overall weight to a trim 6.4 lbs—light enough for all-day hunting or competition without feeling underpowered.
The rifle ships with one 5-round magazine and mil-spec polymer grip, giving you a clean platform to customize. No iron sights are included, leaving your upper receiver rail open for your optic of choice. At 33.25 inches overall, it's compact enough for truck storage or tight shooting positions, yet the 16-inch barrel preserves the velocity and accuracy .350 Legend shooters expect. For hunters and shooters who want an AR-15 in a legal, hard-hitting cartridge that punches above its weight in real-world performance, Great Lakes Firearms delivers.
