The Great Lakes Firearms AR-15 .223 Wylde is a versatile, reliable semi-automatic rifle built for shooters who demand performance without the premium price tag. Chambered in .223 Wylde, this rifle gives you the flexibility to shoot both standard .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition—a genuine advantage if you reload or source ammo opportunistically. The 16-inch stainless steel heavy barrel with a 1:8 twist stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights, and the muzzle brake is installed and ready to run out of the box.

Built on a 7075 aluminum upper and lower, this rifle is lightweight at 6.8 lbs without optics, making it comfortable for all-day shooting, hunting, or range sessions. The M4 feed ramps ensure reliable feeding, while the carbine-length gas system keeps the rifle balanced and controllable. The full-length Picatinny rail on the 15.25-inch handguard gives you unlimited mounting options for optics, lights, lasers, and other accessories. A mil-spec polymer grip and milspec trigger (5.5–6 lb pull) keep things straightforward—no unnecessary frills, just clean, honest ergonomics.

The Cerakote finish in charcoal green resists corrosion and wear, and the included muzzle brake is designed for easy installation without Loctite. One 30-round magazine ships with the rifle, giving you immediate functionality. The Great Lakes Firearms AR-15 .223 Wylde is a smart choice for hunters, competitive shooters, and builders who want a stable platform and real versatility in ammunition choice.
