The Diamondback DB1915K001 is a 5.56x45mm AR pistol built on a forged aluminum platform for shooters who want a compact, maneuverable rifle in an efficient package. With a 10-inch barrel and carbine-length gas system, this AR pistol delivers the ballistics and handling of a short-range rifle in a form factor that suits tight spaces, vehicle storage, or rapid-handling drills. Diamondback's reputation for no-nonsense, value-conscious construction shows here: this isn't a tricked-out race gun, it's a functional tool for defense, sport shooting, or testing AR pistol ergonomics without breaking the bank.

The upper is a forged 7075 T-6 A3 flattop—a proven platform that accepts standard upper components and optics. The barrel is Diamondback's own 4150 CrMov steel, 1:8 right-hand twist, finished in black nitride for corrosion resistance. At 5.4 pounds and 26 inches overall length, it's light and short enough to be genuinely handy. The 9-inch M-LOK handguard gives you rail space for accessories without unnecessary bulk, while a standard trigger and MOE grip keep things straightforward.

Out of the box, you get a 30-round Gen 2 PMAG and an A2 flash hider (1/2 x 28 thread pitch). There are no sights included, so plan to mount an optic, red dot, or back-up iron sights to suit your role. The buffer tube includes a foam pad. This is a solid foundation for a dedicated AR pistol build—whether you're setting it up for home defense, SBR conversion (pending legal compliance), or precision work at distance where a pistol-caliber gun doesn't cut it.

To buy rifles or shotguns, you must be 18 years old, and for handguns, actions, or receivers, the minimum age is 21. By placing an order for this firearm, you confirm that you are the legitimate transferee/buyer, meet the legal age requirements, and comply with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations necessary to purchase this firearm.

We only ship firearms to valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders. At checkout we provide a FFL locator for your convenience.

We will need a copy of the FFL’s license to facilitate the process, kindly request your dealer to email us a copy of their FFL, as we cannot dispatch the firearm until we receive this document. It is imperative for the buyer to choose their FFL dealer, ensure they are willing to facilitate the transfer, and have them email their FFL copy to BOSQUE Outdoors. To avoid any confusion, the customer's name or order number must be mentioned in the email containing the FFL.

  • Prior to placing an order, it is the buyer's responsibility to understand and adhere to their state's firearm regulations.
  • The buyer should verify with their receiving dealer that the chosen firearm is legally permissible in their state.
  • The buyer is accountable for any transfer fees or background check charges imposed by the receiving dealer. If the designated dealer declines to accept the firearm delivery, the buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs to retrieve the firearm and resend it to an accommodating dealer.
  • Handguns will be shipped using air transportation, while long guns can be shipped using ground methods. If your order includes a mix of firearm and non-firearm items, BOSQUE Outdoors will send the firearm(s) to your selected FFL dealer and the remaining non-firearm items to your billing address.
  • Firearms cannot be returned to BOSQUE Outdoors; please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.
  • Firearms refused by the FFL Dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check are subject to a $75 restocking fee plus 10% of the purchase price.
