Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 5.56mm Semi-Auto Rifle - Brown (02-128-02338-047)
Daniel Defense
The Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 Pro 5.56 semi-auto rifle is built for shooters who demand speed, precision, and reliability in competitive multi-gun matches. This rifle combines Daniel Defense's engineering with competition-proven components—an 18-inch cold hammer-forged barrel, Geissele Super Dynamic 3 Gun trigger, and a Muzzle Climb Mitigator that work together to minimize recoil and muzzle rise so you can drive faster splits and tighter follow-ups. The rifle-length gas system smooths the recoil impulse, reducing shooter fatigue during long stages.
The MFR XS 15.0 M-LOK handguard strikes the balance between weight savings and durability, giving you plenty of attachment real estate without unnecessary bulk. An uninterrupted top Picatinny rail lets you mount optics and backup irons at full sight radius, while the 15-inch rail length lets you extend your support hand further forward for better control and target transitions. A BCMGUNFIGHTER charging handle makes manipulation intuitive even when running magnified optics.
Built on Mil-Spec receivers machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and hard-coat anodized, the DDM4 V7 Pro is finished in a rugged black that hides carbon and brass. The cold hammer-forged barrel is chrome lined, HP/MPI tested, and ready to handle thousands of rounds. Whether you're chasing podiums or putting rounds downrange at the club, this rifle delivers the consistency and ergonomics competitors expect from Daniel Defense. Made in the USA.

The rifle combines a fast-resetting Geissele trigger, Muzzle Climb Mitigator that reduces both recoil and rise, and a rifle-length gas system that softens the recoil impulse. These work together to let you shoot faster splits and more precise follow-ups—exactly what wins multi-gun stages. The 15-inch MFR XS handguard also gives you rail space and geometry to extend your support hand forward for better control.
Yes. The DDM4 V7 Pro has an uninterrupted Picatinny rail on top for optics and M-LOK attachment points, so you can mount any standard AR optic or accessory. The rail also allows full sight radius for backup iron sights if you run them separately. Muzzle threading is 1/2-28 TPI, which is the standard Mil-Spec size.
The DDM4 V7 Pro is chambered in 5.56 NATO. This is the standard military cartridge and the most common caliber for AR-15 pattern rifles; ammo is widely available.
The rifle comes with a Daniel Defense full-latch impact plastic case. Sights are sold separately. The rifle ships with a DD magazine.
The barrel is 18 inches long with a 1:7 twist rate, optimized for 5.56 NATO. It's cold hammer-forged, chrome lined, and uses the S2W (Strength-to-Weight) profile to balance velocity, handling, and durability.
