The Christensen Arms Ridgeline Scout .308 rifle is a compact, purpose-built precision rifle engineered for hunters and shooters who demand lightweight performance without compromise. This model distills the proven Ridgeline platform into a 16-inch package that's equally at home in tight timber, on a pack frame, or clamped to a barricade on the range. The Scout is threaded and ready for a suppressor, making it an ideal host for hunters seeking reduced report and shooters who value quieter practice sessions.

At its core sits a Christensen Arms precision-machined receiver finished in black nitride, paired with a hand-lapped, button-rifled 416R stainless steel barrel wrapped in aerograde carbon fiber. That carbon fiber construction means serious weight savings without sacrificing rigidity — a real advantage when you're covering ground. The barrel comes with a removable 3-prong flash hider and is threaded 5/8×24 for standard suppressors. Chambered in .308 Winchester with a match chamber, this rifle delivers the accuracy and ballistic flexibility that serious hunters expect from the cartridge.

The stock is where Christensen's philosophy shows: a tan and black carbon fiber composite sporter design with stainless steel bedding pillars and spot bedding for consistent performance. You get a forward-mounted rail with barricade stop and a 0-MOA optic rail to mount your glass, plus a TriggerTech flat-shoe trigger that breaks clean. The action is topped with a skeletonized bolt handle and oversized tactical bolt knob for fast, reliable operation, and the AICS-compatible detachable 10-round magazine gives you field-proven reliability and flexibility.

This is a rifle built for the hunter or precision shooter who refuses to compromise on weight, accuracy, or sophistication. The Ridgeline Scout doesn't pretend to be a general-purpose gun — it's engineered for serious work in demanding terrain.
