The Browning X-Bolt 2 Speed Carbon Fiber is a modern hunting rifle engineered for shooters who demand lightweight handling without sacrificing accuracy or durability. Built on the redesigned X-Bolt 2 action with a spiral-fluted bolt and new ergonomic bolt knob, this rifle chambers 7mm PRC—a potent magnum round for long-range elk and big game hunting. The carbon fiber-wrapped stainless steel barrel is threaded 5/8-24 for suppressor or brake compatibility and ships with the Recoil Hawg thread protector included, making it suppressor-ready out of the box.

What sets this rifle apart is its adjustable composite Vari-Tech stock, which lets you dial in length of pull, comb height, and grip angle for a personalized fit to your frame and shooting style. The interchangeable grip panels and sporter/vertical grip options give you flexibility for different hunting scenarios or range work. Finished in Browning's OVIX camouflage with Smoked Bronze Cerakote on the metalwork, the X-Bolt 2 Speed Carbon is as at home in dense timber as it is at a long-range shooting bench. The new 1-1/4 Inflex Recoil Pad absorbs punishment—pair it with the optional Recoil Hawg brake for even more felt-recoil reduction.

The X-Bolt 2's new receiver adds critical bolt guidance surfaces for smoother, more reliable cycling, while the bedding at the recoil lug and action screws locks everything down for consistent shot-to-shot accuracy. A 60-degree bolt lift cycles fast and won't interfere with tall optics mounted on the X-Lock scope mounting system, which uses four screws per base for rock-solid attachment. The top-tang safety is easy to reach with your thumb, and the bolt unlock button adds an extra layer of safety during chamber checking and unloading.

If you're building or upgrading a precision hunting rifle that won't tire you out on a long stalk, the X-Bolt 2 Speed Carbon in 7mm PRC delivers the balance of lightweight construction, modularity, and proven Browning reliability hunters depend on.
