The Browning Citori 725 Sporting Medallion High Grade is a refined over-and-under shotgun built for serious clay shooters and hunters who demand both performance and aesthetic appeal. Chambered in .410 bore with 30-inch barrels, this model combines Browning's reputation for reliable shotgun engineering with high-end cosmetics that make it as much at home in a gun cabinet as on the range. The 725 platform delivers the balance and handling that has made the Citori line legendary, with a low-profile receiver that feels natural in your hands from the first swing.
Build quality sets the Sporting Medallion apart. The blued-steel receiver features extensive engraving accented with gold, while Grade IV Turkish walnut with fine-line checkering and a right-hand palm swell provides both control and elegance. The owner's initials can be inlaid into the nameplate—a personal touch that reflects the quality of the gun itself. High-gloss blued barrels round out the visual package, but the real substance lies beneath: a tapered locking bolt that maintains lock-up over time, a transverse full-width hinge pin that maximizes structural strength, and chrome-plated chambers that resist corrosion.
On the functional side, the Sporting Medallion includes the Triple Trigger System with interchangeable trigger shoes, letting you dial in the pull weight and travel to your preference. The HiViz Pro Comp sight paired with an ivory mid-bead speeds target acquisition on fast-moving birds or aerial targets. Five extended choke tubes give you flexibility across different shooting situations, and the 50/50 point of impact keeps you on target in the clay field or the field. The Inflex Recoil Pad II and Fire Lite Mechanical Trigger round out the package, designed to reduce felt recoil and provide reliable ignition shot after shot.
Whether you're working through a course of sporting clays, diving into skeet, or heading afield with a light-recoiling .410, the Browning Citori 725 Sporting Medallion offers the precision, durability, and beauty that justifies its place among premium shotguns.
