The Browning Citori 725 Sporting Medallion is a premium over-and-under shotgun built for serious sporting clays competitors and upland hunters who demand both elegance and performance in a 20-gauge platform. This High Grade model pairs meticulous craftsmanship with the proven balance and reliability of the Citori 725 action, making it a natural choice for shooters who want a gun that performs as beautifully as it looks.
Built on a low-profile receiver design that promotes natural pointing and minimal perceived recoil, the Sporting Medallion delivers the handling characteristics that make the difference in the field or on the course. The 32-inch barrels are factory-tuned to print a 50/50 point of impact, giving you a versatile platform for both clay work and hunting applications. Chrome-lined chambers add durability and corrosion resistance, while the back-bored barrels and Vector Pro lengthened forcing cone optimize shot patterns and reduce strain on both shooter and gun. You'll find the Inflex Recoil Pad II manages recoil impulse without the harsh kick typical of lighter 20-gauge guns.
The High Grade finish is where the Sporting Medallion announces itself as special: extensive receiver engraving with gold enhancement sits beneath a blued steel receiver and high-gloss blued barrels. The stock is hand-selected Grade IV Turkish walnut finished with a premium gloss oil coat and adorned with fine-line checkering, a right-hand palm swell, and your choice of owner's initials via nameplate inlay. The Triple Trigger System offers three interchangeable trigger shoes to dial in your preferred let-off, while the HiViz Pro Comp sight and ivory mid-bead keep your focus on the target. Five extended Invector-DS choke tubes give you the flexibility to fine-tune your pattern for any situation.
The Citori 725 platform itself is engineered for longevity: a tapered locking bolt accommodates for wear over time to keep the receiver lock solid, and a full-width transverse hinge pin maximizes strength where it matters most. This is a gun built to shoot thousands of rounds and still feel tight and true—a heirloom-quality sporting shotgun.
