The Browning BL-22 Micro Midas is a lever-action .22 rimfire built for young shooters and anyone who values a compact, easy-handling rifle. At just 31.5 inches overall and weighing 4 pounds 12 ounces, this is a properly scaled-down .22 that doesn't compromise on the quality Browning is known for. The 12-inch length of pull fits smaller frames comfortably, while the 16.25-inch barrel keeps things nimble in the field or around the range. This isn't a toy rifle—it's a genuine Browning with a machined steel receiver, polished blued finish, and hand-fitted gloss black walnut furniture that would look at home in any serious shooter's rack.
Where the BL-22 Micro Midas really shines is its action. The lever throw is a compact 33 degrees, which means faster cycling for adults and genuinely easier operation for younger shooters developing their fundamentals. Load the tubular magazine with any mix of .22 Short, Long, or Long Rifle ammunition—no sorting required, no fussing around. The rifle will feed and fire them all, giving you real flexibility at the range or in the field. A quality steel blade front sight and folding rear sight keep things straightforward and reliable.
Whether you're introducing a young shooter to lever guns, running varmints, or just punching paper and knocking over steel at short range, the BL-22 Micro Midas delivers the accuracy and reliability you'd expect from Browning without the bulk or weight of a full-size rifle. It's the kind of gun that gets used—and used often.
