The Browning 1911-22 is a single-action .22 LR pistol built on the classic 1911 platform—ideal for shooters who want proven 1911 ergonomics and controls in a caliber that's easy on the wallet and forgiving for practice or small-game use. At 14 ounces with a 4.25-inch barrel and 7.5-inch overall length, this full-size .22 LR handgun handles like the real deal while delivering softer recoil and lower ammunition costs. The matte black aluminum slide and composite frame keep things lightweight without sacrificing the gun-feel serious shooters expect.

Built for versatility right out of the box, this 1911-22 includes an accessory rail on the dust cover—so you can mount a light or laser without aftermarket modifications. The extended ambidextrous thumb safety and beavertail grip safety give you control and confidence whether you're right- or left-handed, while the Commander hammer and extended slide release provide the tactile feedback and smooth function you want in a rimfire trainer or plinker. Fixed black A1 sights keep things simple and reliable.

The 10-round detachable magazine feeds smoothly, and the laminate grips provide a secure hold in all conditions. Whether you're breaking in new shooters, practicing your draw and fundamentals, or just enjoying a day at the range with minimal recoil, the Browning 1911-22 delivers classic 1911 handling in a caliber that won't drain your budget.
