The Bond Arms Old Glory is a compact .45LC/.410 derringer built for shooters who want authentic American character paired with genuine stopping power. This dual-caliber pistol gives you the versatility to load .45 Long Colt rounds or .410 shotshell ammunition—or switch between them—making it equally at home for self-defense, backup carry, or backwoods trail work. The 3.5-inch barrels sport an eye-catching American flag Cerakote finish on both barrel and frame, while the extended black ash grips provide a comfortable, control-oriented hold on a firearm that tips the scales at just 22 ounces.

Bond Arms designed the Old Glory around reliability and shooter control. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion, while fixed front blade and rear sights keep your aiming simple and snag-free. Inside, you'll find a patented rebounding hammer, retracting firing pins, and a cross-bolt safety that puts disengagement directly under your thumb. The automatic spent casing extractor means no fumbling to clear empties—just flip open and shake them out. If you ever want to customize, all standard Bond Arms barrels fit this frame, so you can swap calibers without buying a new gun.

This is a no-nonsense backup or deep-woods pistol for people who value reliability over capacity. The trigger guard is present and functional, and the spring-loaded cammed locking lever secures the barrels tight to the frame. Whether you're a collector drawn to the patriotic finish, a hunter looking for a legal in-camp gun, or a concealed-carry shooter in search of a discreet backup, the Old Glory delivers genuine Bond Arms engineering in a package that won't weigh you down.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use different Bond Arms barrels in this Old Glory?

Yes. The Old Glory is fully compatible with all standard Bond Arms interchangeable barrels, so you can swap them out to change calibers or barrel length as your needs evolve—no need to buy a new pistol.

What's the difference between .45 Long Colt and .410 bore ammunition in this gun?

The Old Glory chambers both calibers. .45 Long Colt is a traditional single-projectile handgun round, while .410 bore is a shotshell that fires shot, making it useful for close-range or small-game scenarios. You load whichever round suits your intended use.

Is the Old Glory good for backup or deep-woods carry?

At 22 ounces with a 5.5-inch overall length, the Old Glory is compact and lightweight enough for backup carry or trail use. The dual-caliber capability and simple fixed sights make it reliable in a pinch, though its power and capacity are best suited to backup or contingency roles rather than primary defense.

What safety features does this derringer have?

The Old Glory includes a cross-bolt safety, a patented rebounding hammer, and retracting firing pins to prevent unintended discharge. The spring-loaded cammed locking lever firmly secures the barrels to the frame during firing.
