The Bergara B-14 Hunter 30-06 rifle with 24" barrel combines Spanish barrel-making tradition with modern production efficiency to deliver genuine hunting-grade accuracy without the custom rifle price tag. Built on Bergara's own B-14 action—a smooth two-lug design with a coned bolt nose and sliding plate extractor—this rifle handles .30-06 rounds with the kind of feed reliability and extraction smoothness that matters when you're afield. The 24" No. 4 taper barrel is finished in Graphite Black Cerakote and chambers the .30-06 cartridge, making it a natural choice for North American big game where this classic round excels.
What sets the B-14 Hunter apart is the attention to detail you'd expect from a company that built its name in custom barrels. The molded synthetic stock uses glass-fiber-reinforced polymer bedded with integral steel pillars for solid, repeatable accuracy. Its green base color with tan and black flecks delivers functional camo aesthetics, while the SoftTouch coating provides genuine grip security in wet or cold conditions—not just a marketing term. The factory-installed Bergara Performance Trigger breaks clean at about three pounds, and the rifle ships drilled and tapped for standard Remington 700 scope rings and bases, so you can mount optics without guessing at compatibility.
At 7.1–7.3 lbs depending on magazine configuration, the B-14 Hunter balances shootability and fieldcraft. You'll choose between a hinged floor plate or detachable box magazine (holding 4 standard or 3 magnum rounds), letting you adapt to your hunting style. Whether you're working distances on open ground or glassing from a stand, this is a rifle built to perform and last, engineered by people who hunt the way you do.
