The Bergara B-14 HMR in 6.5 Creedmoor is a bolt-action rifle purpose-built for hunters and precision shooters who refuse to compromise on accuracy or build quality. This 22-inch 5R barrel rifle combines Bergara's reputation for Spanish-made barrel craftsmanship with a modern platform engineered to deliver genuine performance without the custom-gun price tag. Whether you're hunting at distance or ringing steel on the range, the B-14 HMR delivers the kind of mechanical precision that makes repeatable hits possible.
At the heart of the system is Bergara's integrated mini-chassis, molded directly into the stock to provide consistent bedding and a fully free-floated barrel. This architecture eliminates the variables that compromise accuracy in lesser rifles. The action itself is a smooth two-lug design featuring a sliding plate extractor and coned bolt nose and breech for reliable feeding and extraction shot after shot. Bergara's curved trigger breaks at roughly three pounds with a crisp, predictable pull—no creep, no surprises. The graphite black Cerakoted No. 6 barrel is threaded 5/8-24 for suppressor or muzzle brake compatibility and ships with a thread protector included.
The rifle comes configured for real-world use: factory drilled and tapped for Remington 700 scope bases, a 5-round AICS-style detachable magazine, and integrated QD flush-cup sling mounts for fast attachment and removal. The stock's adjustable cheekpiece and length-of-pull spacers let you dial in fit and sight picture for your frame and shooting position. At 9.5 to 9.9 pounds depending on configuration, the B-14 HMR balances recoil control and portability—manageable in the field, stable at the bench.
This is Bergara's answer to shooters tired of generic production rifles: the same engineering philosophy that built their reputation in custom rifles, now accessible to hunters and competitors who want dependable accuracy without the wait or the cost.
