The Bergara B-14 HMR 300 Win Mag 26" 5R Barrel Bolt-Action Rifle brings Spanish-built precision to American hunters and long-range shooters looking for real accuracy without the custom rifle price tag. Bergara earned its reputation building match-grade barrels for custom gunsmiths; the B-14 HMR applies that same obsession with quality to a production hunting platform that actually delivers. This isn't a re-badged design or cost-cut compromise—it's engineered from the ground up to shoot.

The heart of the B-14 HMR is its integrated mini-chassis molded directly into the stock, paired with a fully free-floated barrel for repeatability that rivals rifles twice the price. The two-lug B-14 action uses a sliding plate extractor and coned bolt nose for smooth, reliable feeding and extraction—details that matter when you're stalking elk at altitude or sending rounds downrange in competition. The factory-set curved trigger breaks clean at about three pounds, and the rifle ships ready to mount optics on Remington 700–compatible bases (6-48 screws). The 26-inch number 6 barrel is threaded 5/8-24 and finished in Graphite Black Cerakote; a thread protector is included if you prefer iron sights or want to run suppressor-ready.

In 300 Win Mag, this rifle is built for serious distance. Five-round AICS detachable magazine, adjustable cheekpiece and length-of-pull spacers to dial in your fit, and integrated QD flush cups for sling attachment round out a thoughtful package. At 9.5–9.9 pounds, it handles well enough for a hunt but stays stable enough for precision work. Built in Bergara's automated Spanish factory, the B-14 HMR proves you don't need a custom build or a premium price to own a rifle that shoots.

Frequently Asked Questions

What scope base and ring system does the B-14 HMR use?

The receiver is drilled and tapped for Remington 700 style bases and rings. You'll need standard Remington 700–compatible bases with 6-48 inch screws. Scope rings and bases are sold separately.

Is the barrel threaded, and can I use a suppressor?

Yes, the barrel is threaded 5/8-24. A thread protector is included. This threading allows you to attach a muzzle brake, suppressor, or other 5/8-24 compatible devices, though any suppressor will need to be sourced separately and verified for your specific use.

Can I adjust the length of pull and cheekpiece?

Yes. The stock includes adjustable length-of-pull spacers and an adjustable cheekpiece so you can dial in the fit for your body and shooting style.

What magazines work with this rifle?

The B-14 HMR uses AICS-style detachable magazines. A 5-round magazine is included with the rifle in 300 Win Mag. Other AICS-compatible magazine options may be available separately.
