The Winchester XPR Left-Hand is a bolt-action rifle built for left-handed hunters and shooters who demand a serious long-range platform. Chambered in 6.5 PRC with a 20-inch barrel, this rifle combines Winchester's proven XPR design with lefty ergonomics—no compromises. The steel receiver and button-rifled barrel wear a matte black Perma-Cote finish that holds up in the field, while the barrel is threaded 5/8 x 24 so you can add a suppressor or muzzle brake if your setup calls for it. This is a rifle that works hard whether you're glassing from a ridge or shooting at distance.

The action itself is built to perform. The bolt is machined from chrome-moly steel with nickel Teflon coating to resist corrosion and keep things running smooth through seasons of use. Winchester's M.O.A. Trigger System delivers a clean break, and the two-position thumb safety puts control where your hand naturally rests. The receiver is drilled and tapped for standard scope mounts—your glass of choice is ready to go. A recessed target crown on the muzzle protects accuracy, and the free-floated barrel means the stock doesn't interfere with your shot.

Comfort matters on a rifle you'll carry all day. The composite stock wears an Inflex Technology recoil pad that absorbs punishment without the harshness, and a sling swivel stud is already installed so you can get into the field. The detachable box magazine keeps things simple and lets you reload without fumbling. Left-handed shooters finally get a rifle that doesn't ask them to adapt—it's designed for how they actually shoot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this rifle suitable for long-range hunting?

Yes. The 6.5 PRC is a proven long-range cartridge with excellent ballistics, and the XPR's free-floated barrel, recessed crown, and MOA trigger support precision shooting at distance. You'll need to add a scope; the rifle comes drilled and tapped for standard mounts.

Can I add a suppressor to this rifle?

Yes. The barrel is threaded 5/8 x 24, which is a common suppressor thread pitch. You can also install a muzzle brake if that suits your preference.

What's included in the box?

The rifle comes ready to shoot once you mount a scope. It includes the detachable box magazine and has a sling swivel stud installed. A scope is not included.

Is the XPR a true left-hand rifle?

Yes. The bolt, safety, and overall action are configured for left-handed operation. This isn't a righty rifle adapted for lefty shooters—it's designed from the ground up for how left-handed hunters actually shoot.
