The Winchester XPR left-hand bolt-action rifle in .300 Winchester Magnum is purpose-built for left-handed hunters who demand a serious, no-nonsense hunting platform. Winchester engineered this rifle with a full suite of features you'd expect from a modern hunting gun—a button-rifled barrel, MOA trigger system, detachable box magazine, and muzzle brake—all wrapped in a composite stock finished in TrueTimber Midnight camouflage. The 26-inch barrel pairs with a Tungsten Cerakote finish on both barrel and receiver for corrosion resistance in harsh field conditions.
Left-handed shooters have historically compromised by shooting right-hand rifles or settling for limited options. The XPR left-hand doesn't ask for compromise. The oversized bolt handle, two-position thumb safety, and bolt unlock button are all oriented for true left-hand operation. The chrome-moly steel bolt is nickel-Teflon coated, and the receiver is machined from solid steel with a steel recoil lug for strength and durability. The barrel is free-floated and recessed at the crown—both indicators of Winchester's commitment to accuracy here.
The composite stock with Inflex recoil pad absorbs the kick of magnum loads, while sling swivel studs keep your setup flexible. The rifle comes drilled and tapped for scope mounts, so you can get behind glass immediately. The 9/16 x 24 threaded muzzle accommodates the included muzzle brake, which helps manage recoil and blast. If you run a suppressor, you can swap it on. This is a rifle that respects left-handed shooters as serious hunters, not an afterthought.
The XPR has earned respect on the range and in the field for combining Winchester's manufacturing heritage with modern ergonomics and finish quality. Whether you're glassing prairie for pronghorn, hiking into high country after elk, or hunting timber, a left-hand XPR in magnum is a capable, accurate, and dependable choice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this rifle truly set up for left-handed shooting, or just a mirror-image stock?
The XPR left-hand is a full left-hand rifle. The bolt handle, safety, and bolt unlock button are all positioned for left-hand operation. This is not a right-hand action in a left-hand stock—it's engineered from the ground up for southpaws.
What caliber is this Winchester XPR, and what's it suitable for?
This rifle is chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum, a hard-hitting cartridge suitable for elk, moose, and large game at extended range. The 26-inch barrel and muzzle brake help manage recoil and velocity.
Does the XPR come with a scope?
No scope is included. The rifle is drilled and tapped for scope mounts, so you'll need to add your own scope and rings. This gives you the flexibility to choose optics that match your hunting style and budget.
Can I put a suppressor on this rifle?
Yes. The muzzle is threaded 9/16 x 24 and currently fitted with a muzzle brake. You can remove the brake and attach a suppressor if desired.
