The Taurus Tracker 692 is a 7-shot revolver built for shooters who want flexibility without buying multiple guns. This medium-frame .357 Mag/.38 Spl +P/9mm revolver features a 6.5-inch barrel—long enough for hunting or serious range work, short enough to handle at a defensive distance. The real draw is the interchangeable cylinder system: swap cylinders and you've got a different caliber ready to go. Whether you're loading .357 Magnum for power, .38 Special +P for control, or 9mm for cost-effective practice or compatibility with a pistol you already own, the 692 adapts to your needs.
Built with a double-action/single-action trigger, adjustable rear sights, and a spurred hammer, the Tracker 692 gives you precision and control whether you're timing shots at the range or handling a close-quarters scenario. Taurus's Ribber Grip manages recoil and promotes a secure hold across hand sizes. The ported barrel tames muzzle rise, so follow-up shots come faster and flatter. Matte black finish resists glare and plays well with holster gear and gear mounting.
Each revolver ships with stellar moon clips—essential for the 9mm cylinder and handy for speedloading the magnum and .38 chambers too. At 45.85 ounces with an 11.64-inch overall length, the 692 is a serious wheelgun: substantial enough to be reliable and shootable, not so heavy you'll dread range days. This is a working gun for hunters, competitors, and folks who appreciate revolver simplicity with modern versatility.
