The Stevens 555 Sporting is a 12-gauge over/under shotgun built to compete. Whether you're running clays leagues, trap ranges, or hunting upland birds, this gun delivers the features and ergonomics of shotguns costing significantly more. The lightweight aluminum alloy receiver—reinforced with a steel insert at the breech—gives you strength without unnecessary heft, while the 30" ported barrels reduce felt recoil and help you stay on target through multiple rounds. At 7.25 pounds, it's nimble enough to swing all day without wearing you out.

What sets the 555 Sporting apart is attention to the details that matter when you're competing or hunting seriously. The raised ventilated rib includes a mid-bead rear sight and fiberoptic front sight, so you get a clear sight picture in variable light. The adjustable comb lets you dial in your cheek weld regardless of your face shape or how you prefer to mount the gun—a feature that typically appears on guns twice the price. The Turkish walnut furniture is finished clean, the manual safety sits at the tang where it belongs, and the single selective mechanical trigger breaks at 5 pounds.

The 555 comes ready to shoot with five extended choke tubes (F, IM, M, IC, C) that match the Beretta/Benelli Mobilchoke standard, so you can adapt to different shot distances and target presentations without buying new barrels. The manual extractor keeps things simple and reliable. Chrome-lined barrels resist corrosion, and the ambidextrous design works for lefties and righties alike. The 14.5" length of pull accommodates most adult frames, and the recoil pad helps manage the gun's impulse over long shooting sessions.

Stevens builds this gun for hunters and competitors who want legitimate performance at a price that makes sense. No marketing fluff—just a well-engineered over/under that handles clays, trap, skeet, and upland work without apology.
