The SIG Sauer P365 X-Macro 9mm pistol is built for shooters who refuse to compromise between capacity and carry comfort. This optics-ready compact packs a full 17-round magazine into a frame slim enough to pocket carry—a genuine breakthrough in the single-stack 9mm space. The X-Macro delivers the shootability of a full-size service pistol with the concealability of a subcompact, making it equally at home as a primary carry gun, backup piece, or range workhorse.

What sets the X-Macro apart is its integrated compensator, which tames muzzle flip on every shot and lets you stay on target for faster, cleaner follow-ups—especially valuable in defensive shooting or rapid-fire drills. The optics-ready slide accepts any standard 1913 red-dot mount, so you can run your preferred reflex sight without additional adapters. Pair that with XRay3 day/night sights and you've got a modern defensive pistol ready for any light condition.

The gun ships with two 17-round steel magazines, interchangeable grip backstraps (small, medium, large), and a standard 1913 rail for lights or lasers. The flat-trigger striker-fired action is familiar to anyone who's shot SIG's pistols, and the thin 1.1-inch profile means this 17-rounder carries easier than traditional double-stack compacts. Stainless steel slide and frame with Nitron finish stand up to hard use without fuss.

If you've outgrown single-stack limitations but don't want to lug a service-size gun, the P365 X-Macro splits the difference in a way few pistols actually pull off. It's the capacity and shootability of a real gun in a package that doesn't feel like you're making that trade.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the P365 X-Macro optics ready, and what red-dot sights will mount on it?

Yes, the X-Macro ships with an optics-ready slide that accepts standard 1913 Picatinny-mount red-dot sights. The slide is pre-milled for direct red-dot mounting without adapters.

What comes in the box?

The P365 X-Macro includes the pistol, two 17-round steel magazines with high-visibility followers, and three interchangeable grip backstraps (small, medium, large) so you can dial in your preferred fit.

Can I fit a weapon light on this gun?

Yes, the P365 X-Macro has a standard 1913 Picatinny rail integrated into the frame, so any light or laser with a standard rail mount will attach directly.

How concealable is a 17-round 9mm?

The X-Macro achieves 17-round capacity in a frame just 1.1 inches wide—the same single-stack profile of lower-capacity P365 models. This slimness makes it more pocketable than traditional double-stack compact 9mms with similar or lower round counts, though total weight and length will be comparable to service-size duty guns.
