The Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO is a 9mm compact pistol built for shooters who refuse to compromise between firepower and carry. With a 3.1-inch barrel, this optic-ready handgun delivers the capacity and ergonomics of a full-size duty gun in a frame that actually fits a holster—or your waistband. If you've shot a P365 and wanted just a bit more grip real estate and round count, the XMACRO grip module is the answer, standard with two 17-round magazines. It's engineered for serious concealed carry, home defense, and range work where reliability and shootability matter more than trend.

The slide features Sig's integrally compensated design to help manage recoil and muzzle rise—useful for faster follow-up shots and staying on target. Factory-installed XRay3 day/night sights give you reliable target acquisition in any light. The flat striker-fired trigger is crisp and predictable. And because it's optic-ready from the factory, you can mount a compact red dot (like the included Romeo-X Compact) without gunsmithing or expensive adapters. The standard 1913 rail handles lights, lasers, or both.

The XMACRO grip module comes with small, medium, and large backstraps, so you can dial in the ergonomics for your hand. Stainless steel slide and frame with Nitron finish handle daily carry wear. At 22 ounces loaded, it's light enough to carry all day but substantial enough to shoot without excessive snap. Dimensions sit right in the sweet spot for appendix, IWB, or OWB carry—6.6 inches long, 6 inches tall, 1.2 inches wide. This is a no-nonsense, battle-tested platform that's proven itself with millions of users. It runs, it shoots straight, and it doesn't ask for excuses.
