The Sig Sauer P365-380 is a micro-compact, optics-ready .380 ACP pistol built for shooters who want genuine everyday carry capability without fighting heavy recoil or stiff controls. If you've found 9mm pistols too snappy or physically demanding, or if you prefer a softer-shooting platform that still delivers real stopping power, the P365-380 brings the proven ergonomics and accessory ecosystem of Sig's bestselling P365 line to the .380 cartridge. The manual safety model here is tuned for those who want an extra layer of security on a personal-defense gun.

What makes this .380 genuinely different is how much of the P365 ecosystem it inherits. The fire control unit and grip module are shared across the entire P365 family, meaning all standard P365 accessories—flat triggers, light mounts, grip modules, and more—work out of the box. You're not buying into a one-off design; you're getting a modular platform. The slide is Nitron-finished stainless steel with a carbon steel, DLC-coated barrel and a redesigned two-piece captured guide rod. That's durability built in, not promised.

The optics cut on the slide accepts the ROMEOZero Elite or any optic using that same footprint, and the dovetailed SIGLITE night sights co-witness properly for any lighting condition. The gun ships with two 10-round magazines—one flush-fit for concealed carry, one extended for capacity—plus a magazine loader. At just 15.7 ounces and 5.8 inches overall, it hides easy. The 3.1-inch barrel and 4.9-inch sight radius keep it quick on target without sacrificing pointability, and the accessory rail gives you flexibility for weapon lights or lasers if your carry rig demands it.

This is a purpose-built option for shooters—especially those with smaller hands—who want reduced recoil, lighter racking force, and a gun that works hard without working against you. Manual safety adds a manual-of-arms layer for users who prioritize that security.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will .380 ACP ammunition work reliably in the P365-380, and is it easier to shoot than the 9mm P365?

.380 ACP is the chambering for this model. The P365-380 is designed specifically to offer reduced recoil and lighter racking force compared to the standard 9mm P365, making it an easier-handling option, especially for shooters with smaller hands or those who find 9mm recoil or slide manipulation challenging.

Can I use P365 9mm holsters and accessories with the P365-380?

Yes. The P365-380 uses the same grip module and fire control unit as the P365 9mm, making it fully compatible with all standard P365 holsters and accessories including flat triggers, grip modules, and FOXTROT light mounts. The slide does have the same footprint, so holster fit is maintained across the line.

What sights come standard, and can I mount a red dot sight?

The pistol ships with SIGLITE night sights, which are dovetail-mounted and co-witness properly with an installed optic. The slide includes an optics cut compatible with the ROMEOZero Elite and any optic sharing that same footprint, so a red dot is an easy upgrade if you choose.

What's included in the box?

Each P365-380 comes with two 10-round steel magazines—one flush-fit for concealed carry and one extended for additional capacity—plus a magazine loader.
