The Sig Sauer P365-380 Optics Ready .380 ACP pistol brings the proven P365 design into a softer-shooting, easier-handling package built for everyday carry. Chambered in .380 ACP instead of 9mm, this micro-compact delivers less recoil and reduced slide racking force—a real advantage if you've got smaller hands, manage heavy recoil poorly, or simply prefer a gun that points naturally and cycles smoothly. It's the same trusted platform America's most popular micro-compact is built on, just tuned for shooters who want a gentler shooting experience without compromise.

The P365-380 shares the grip module and fire control unit with standard P365 pistols, which means you're not buying into a dead-end design—every holster, light, grip module upgrade, and trigger option made for the 9mm P365 works here. The optic-ready slide features a Nitron finish and DLC-coated barrel for durability, SIGLITE night sights for low-light sight acquisition, and an optic cut compatible with the ROMEOZero Elite and similar footprints. Dovetailed sights allow proper co-witnessing if you pair it with an optic. An accessory rail gives you room to mount a weapon light or laser.

You get two 10-round steel magazines—one flush-fit for deep concealment, one extended for improved capacity and control—plus a mag loader to save your thumbs. The striker-fired trigger breaks crisp and predictable. At 15.7 ounces, 5.8 inches overall length, and just 1.0 inch wide, this is a gun that vanishes in a waistband holster, a belly band, an ankle rig, or a jacket pocket. It's built for the shooter who wants soft recoil, proven reliability, and total platform compatibility without reinventing the wheel.
