The Savage Arms MARK II GLY is a left-handed rimfire sporter rifle chambered in .22 LR, built for shooters who want a reliable, affordable platform for target practice, small-game hunting, or introducing new shooters to marksmanship. With a traditional bolt-action design, satin-blued finish, and high-luster wood furniture, this rifle delivers solid performance without the frills or premium price tag. At just 5 pounds and 37.75 inches overall, it's nimble enough for field work and light enough for younger or smaller-framed shooters.
Left-handed shooters often struggle to find quality bolt-action options at mainstream retailers. Savage's commitment to the southpaw market means you get the same thoughtful ergonomics and reliability as any right-handed model—not an afterthought conversion. The 19-inch barrel strikes a balance between handling and velocity, while the 1:16 twist rate is optimized for standard .22 LR ammunition. The 10-round detachable magazine keeps you in the action without constant reloading, yet stays manageable for practical shooting disciplines and hunting scenarios.
Whether you're zeroing a new scope, working on precision at the range, or pursuing rabbits and squirrels in the field, the MARK II GLY delivers the accuracy and durability Savage is known for. It's an honest rifle that won't let you down—and one designed specifically with your shooting hand in mind.
