The Rugged Suppressor Razor 7.62mm tactical silencer is built for shooters who need serious sound reduction without sacrificing portability. Rated for 7.62mm cartridges up to .300 RUM and capable of handling belt-fed applications, the Razor delivers genuine noise suppression across a range of centerfire loads while staying compact and lightweight in the field. Whether you're running a precision rifle, a piston gun, or a belt-fed platform, this suppressor is engineered to handle sustained use without compromise.

Construction is where the Razor separates itself from compromises. The tube is monolithic 17-4 PH stainless steel, the baffle stack uses a Cobalt 6 alloy core, and the mount is likewise 17-4 PH stainless—materials built to withstand heat cycling and abuse. The finish is Cerakote, selected for durability in field conditions. At just 15.3 ounces and 6.4 inches long, the Razor is among the lightest and shortest suppressors in its class, a real advantage when every ounce counts on a hunt or patrol.

Mounting is handled by Rugged's patent-pending Dual Taper Locking System, a quick-detach design engineered to eliminate wobble and ensure repeatable zero. The system makes it simple to swap the suppressor between compatible hosts without fumbling. Optional 5.56mm front caps allow you to optimize sound suppression if you run the Razor on 5.56 rifles; swap on the appropriate caps and you'll improve dB performance for smaller calibers. An unconditional lifetime warranty backs the build.

Sound suppression across the spectrum is solid: 129.7 dB on 300 Blackout, 138.7 dB on 5.56mm, and 143.8 dB on .308 Winchester. These are real-world numbers that reflect design intent—maximum maneuverability and weight savings without chasing whisper-quiet diminishing returns.
