The Rossi RM64 .357 Magnum revolver is a straightforward, steel-built wheelgun built for shooters who want practical stopping power without unnecessary complexity. Chambered in .357 Magnum with a 4-inch barrel, this 6-round revolver delivers the velocity and energy that makes the caliber a proven choice for self-defense and sport shooting. The 4-inch barrel strikes a balance between velocity and handling—long enough to wring solid ballistics from the round, compact enough to manage in close quarters or from a holster. Whether you're setting up a home-defense handgun, rounding out your revolver collection, or looking for a no-frills range gun, the RM64 brings traditional revolver reliability to a modern shooter's needs.

Rossi's RM64 design keeps things simple: fixed sights for dependable target acquisition without battery concerns, a steel frame that handles full-power magnum loads, and rubber grips that tame recoil impulse while staying in hand during rapid strings. The black finish is practical and understated—no tactical gloss, just a tool that does the job. This is the kind of revolver that older shooters recognize and newer ones quickly respect, because six rounds of .357 Magnum and a trigger that breaks clean enough to trust has never gone out of style.

The revolver format itself has real-world advantages: no magazine to lose, inherent reliability from a sealed cylinder, and manual operation that can't be defeated by mechanical or electrical failure. The .357 Magnum chambering accepts .38 Special ammunition for practice and less-intense shooting, giving you flexibility without changing guns. Rubber grips come standard and handle recoil management so your hand stays steady for the next shot.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I shoot .38 Special in a .357 Magnum revolver?

Yes. The Rossi RM64 is chambered in .357 Magnum but will safely fire .38 Special ammunition. Many shooters use .38 Special for practice or lower-recoil shooting while keeping full magnum loads available for defense or hunting.

What's included with the revolver?

The RM64 comes with rubber grips installed and is ready to shoot. For specific details on manual, lock, or any additional items, contact Bosque Outdoors directly.

Is the 4-inch barrel good for self-defense?

The 4-inch barrel on the RM64 is a proven self-defense and duty length. It provides solid velocity from .357 Magnum loads, maintains a shootable profile, and remains compact enough for practical carry and home defense use.

What are the fixed sights like?

Fixed sights are simple, durable, and require no batteries or adjustment. They work reliably in all conditions. The RM64 comes set up for basic target acquisition right out of the box—no electronic or mechanical adjustments needed.
