The Remington 783 bolt-action rifle in 7mm Remington Magnum is built for hunters who want factory accuracy without a custom price tag. Remington engineered this rifle from the ground up to deliver shot-to-shot consistency, starting with a dual pillar bedded synthetic stock that free floats the barrel and maximizes rigidity. The 24-inch barrel pairs with the platform's modern design to support long-range hunting and target shooting in a full-power magnum caliber.

Control and precision matter on the hunt, and the 783 delivers both. The CrossFire trigger system is crisp and user-adjustable, so you can tune the pull weight to your preference. A detachable steel magazine holds three rounds (standard for magnum calibers), and the magazine latch is steel for durability. The black synthetic stock handles recoil with a Supercell pad and includes factory sling mounts, making the rifle ready to field without extra purchases.

Remington's bolt-action heritage runs deep—over 50 years of engineering expertise is built into the 783 platform. The rifle ships with scope mounts included, and it also accepts Model 700 front scope bases if you want to swap optics or upgrade. Expect the rock-solid reliability Remington is known for across its entire bolt-action line. This is a serious hunting rifle for serious hunters, whether you're glassing open country or setting up in a blind.
