The Remington 700 in 6.5 Creedmoor is a purpose-built bolt-action rifle that brings together one of the industry's most refined actions with a caliber that's earned serious respect among long-range hunters and precision shooters. With a 24-inch barrel and silver finish, this Model R27008 represents the kind of straightforward, dependable rifle that works as hard as you do—whether you're hunting elk across open country or practicing accuracy at distance.

The 700 platform has been the benchmark for bolt-action accuracy for generations, and this Creedmoor configuration leans into that heritage. The 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge has become the go-to for hunters who value flat trajectories, minimal wind drift, and effective range without the recoil of larger magnums. Paired with the rifle's solid action and barrel profile, you're looking at a rig that encourages precise shooting and rewards good technique.

The silver finish on barrel and action keeps things clean and corrosion-resistant, while the walnut stock delivers a classic look with genuine utility. The black fore-end cap adds a touch of contrast and marks this as a rifle built to work, not just sit in a rack. Everything about this setup—from the barrel length to the caliber choice—points toward a rifle you can rely on for hunting trips, range sessions, or building a precision platform.

What kind of accuracy should I expect from a Remington 700?

The Model 700 is widely regarded for out-of-the-box accuracy, thanks to its refined bolt-action design and proven manufacturing standards. Actual performance depends on ammunition, optics, and shooter skill, but the platform is known for supporting consistent, tight groups.

Does this rifle come with a scope or other accessories?

The rifle is sold as configured in the listing. Check with Bosque Outdoors about what's included and available optics or accessory options.

What's the difference between the 6.5 Creedmoor and larger calibers?
