The POF-USA P415 Edge 5.56 AR-15 rifle represents serious engineering applied to one of the most proven platforms in modern shooting. Built on decades of AR development, this rifle prioritizes reliability and shootability in a compact, balanced package. Whether you're training at distance, hunting, or running courses, the P415 Edge delivers the kind of consistent performance that builds shooter confidence.
What sets this rifle apart is POF's E2 Extraction Technology—a refinement that reduces the variables that cause malfunctions when conditions get rough. Pair that with true ambidextrous controls, and you get a rifle that works the same way regardless of how you shoot or which hand you favor. The free-floating rail system isolates the barrel from the handguard, which means better accuracy potential and easier tuning as your setup evolves. Internal refinements throughout the design reflect POF's commitment to durability over hype.
At 7.5 pounds, the P415 Edge stays light enough for extended shooting without becoming twitchy. The 16.5-inch barrel strikes a practical balance—quick handling indoors or in tight spaces, yet long enough to make efficient use of 5.56 velocity. The adjustable stock collapses from 32.5 to 36 inches, adapting to different shooting positions and body armor if needed. The 14.5-inch M-Rail gives you real estate for optics, lights, and accessories without adding unnecessary bulk or weight penalty.
The 4.5-pound trigger breaks cleanly and predictably—not match-grade precision, but the kind of responsive trigger that rewards good fundamentals and keeps you in the fight. This is a rifle built to be reliable first, then everything else follows. It's the kind of tool that doesn't demand constant tweaking or justify itself with marketing claims—just honest execution on a platform that works.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the P415 Edge built with left-hand shooter controls?
Yes. The rifle features fully ambidextrous controls—the safety selector, magazine release, and charging handle all work equally from either shoulder, making it equally practical for left- or right-handed shooters without additional modifications.
What does E2 Extraction Technology do?
E2 Extraction is POF's refinement to the extraction and ejection system designed to improve reliability by reducing common failure points. It's particularly valuable in adverse conditions or high-volume shooting where standard extractors can become unreliable.
Can I mount an optic on this rifle?
Yes. The rifle includes a 14.5-inch M-Rail handguard with standard Picatinny slots. You can mount rifle scopes, red dots, magnified optics, or other accessories directly to the rail system.
